Welcome to Stugdale Ltd. These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, purchases, and subscriptions made through our website, by phone, or in person. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Covered
These terms apply to the following:

Boarding kennels and day care

Bathing and enrichment sessions

Stugdale Treat Club subscription boxes

Retail shop purchases (in-store and online)
3. Bookings & Payments

Bookings may be made online, by phone, or in person.

A deposit or full payment may be required when booking.

All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payments can be made via our website, card terminal, or bank transfer.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
4.1 Kennel Bookings

Cancellations within 14 days of arrival: loss of monies paid.

Cancellations more than 14 days in advance: full refund or credit.
4.2 Treat Club & Retail Shop

Refunds for faulty products returned in original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

4.3 Bathing & Enrichment Sessions

Free rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Missed or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
5. Health & Safety

All dogs must be fully vaccinated and in good health; proof required before boarding/day care.

We may refuse service if an animal’s health or behaviour poses a risk to others.

Dogs must arrive on a lead with a suitable collar or harness.
6. Liability
While every care is taken, animals are left entirely at the owner’s risk. Stugdale Ltd is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage except where caused by proven negligence.
7. Product Sales

All items are subject to availability; descriptions and photos are provided in good faith.

Prices and availability may change without notice.
8. Treat Club Subscription
8.1 Subscription Options

Monthly Plan: cancel any time before your next billing date.

6-Month Plan: discounted rate for a six-box commitment.
-
12-Month Plan: best-value rate for a twelve-box commitment.
8.2 Cancellations (Early Termination)
You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@stugdaleclubhouse.co.uk
If you cancel before the end of your 6- or 12-month term, a cancellation fee applies.
This fee covers the difference between your discounted price and the standard monthly price for any boxes already delivered.
Example: If you joined a 6-month plan and cancel after 3 boxes, you’ll be charged the difference between the full monthly price and your discounted price for those 3 boxes.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle; any boxes already paid for will still be dispatched.
8.3 Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically on the same term unless cancelled before renewal. A reminder email will be sent before renewal.
8.4 Refunds
Refunds apply only to faulty or damaged boxes reported within 14 days of receipt. No refunds for partially completed terms unless required by law.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always appear on this page.
