Frequently Asked Questions
Do you require Kennel Cough?
Yes, your dogs' kennel cough must be given at least 14 days before their stay. It is not a routine vaccine so we advise that you check with your vet to make sure it has had it done. If not we will be unable to accept them.
My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?
Absolutely, we cater for all dogs dietary needs, please just let us know at the time of booking what you need and we will make sure it is done.
What do you supply for overnight boarding?
We supply, bedding, food bowls, feed, and even the odd kong if required, but we do recommend that you bring your own if your dog has a gulp bowl or won't sleep or eat for something strange.
How can I check on my pet during their stay?
We do have a closed group Facebook page where you can see clips and pictures of your pet during your stay, but if you have any concerns or just want to check in please send us a message and we will update you.
Do you exercise off lead?
We have three large exercise areas and one smaller area that is designed for off-lead exercise. However, if your dog for medical reasons must be walked on the lead we will take them on a country walk instead.
Do you charge per day or per night?
We charge per day not per night. This enables you to be slightly flexible with regard to your pick-up times. If for instance your plane is delayed or you are unable to collect in the morning the pen will be yours until 5 PM, which will give you a little peace of mind. However, if you confirm at the time of booking that you will be collecting before 9 AM on the day of the collection there will be no charge for that day.
How can I pay?
You can either pay by card cash or cheque or bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer we will ask you to pay before you collect. Please ask for bank details.
